• Unlimited phone, email and in-person communications between coordinator and client

• Assistance with location & hiring of vendors based on client’s style & budget (as needed)

• Venue walkthroughs (before or after booking as well as final pre-event visit)

• Setup of and attendance at meetings with vendors (as desired)

• Vendor contract review (if desired)

• Assistance with creation of overall style/design plan for ceremony and reception 

• Creation of ceremony and reception floor plans (as needed)

• Communication with all vendors to verify details of their services

• Creation of a custom day-of timelines for client, vendors, venue and wedding party participants

• Communication with wedding party participants the week leading up to the event detailing timeline and other important information to help the event run smoothly

• Full rehearsal prior to event (no longer than 1.5 hours from start to finish)

• Up to 11 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day  (hours to be determined by coordinator and client); additional hours may be added at a rate of $25 an hour.

• Decor setup per your instructions for design elements not handled by floral designers 

• Access to Bridal Emergency Kit

• Distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members and special guests 

• Oversee guest seating 

• Properly line up processional and cue ceremony musicians 

• Coordination of all vendors the day of the event (including delivery and set up; making sure all vendors know where they are to set up and ensuring they have everything they need.)

• Coordinate with DJ/band for announcements during the reception

• Deliver any vendor tips & final payments 

• A Simply Weddings assistant for the wedding day

• Other services for the client as mutually agreed upon
